The comparison shows a decrease among the children of age group 5-7 because the children of this age group are new and just entering the primary level of their studies. The same children in the next two years will enter the better skill levels both in language and Maths.
Whereas the same comparison for 3 years shows that the percentage of the children in the age group of 8 and above has increased very much compared to the last 2 years status.
