I joined Vidyarambam as a tutor in Learning Center No.15 in Tirunelveli District in July 2002. Vidyarambam was instrumental to my picking up not only the skill to teach about 20 children but also to handle the children and the parents with kindness.

I was selected as the best tutor and got the award. After a few months I was promoted as Assessor and given the responsibility of training and supervising 12 to 15 centers. I was given different trainings to develop my capacity. This helped me to interact with many outsiders without fear or hesitation. I learnt the methods of recruiting tutors, assessors, train them and organize centers. The training given in Vidyarambam has helped me acquire good qualities and positive attitude which is useful in my personal life also. Soon I was promoted as District Coordinator.

In my school days I was afraid of learning English language. I avoided English grammar. But after taking training on English language in Vidyarambam, I have gained the knowledge and skill to the level of teaching English to the school students. Personally now I am getting ready to write the arrears in B.A. English and get the degree.

I have been promoted as Assistant State Coordinator with greater responsibilities of training the tutors and supervising the functioning of the centers all over Tamilnadu. Starting as a tutor 7 years before now I am proud to be a State level coordinator. I am very happy and grateful to Vidyarambam.
