Muthukumarasamy .A, Assistant State Coordinator

Muthukumarasamy1._AI joined in Vidyarambam on 01.10.2005 as an Asst Coordinator.  In spite of not having experience of working in any private sector, I was given Area responsibilities.  Within two months, I was promoted as District Coordinator for Nellai District.

In our country there are thousands of service organizations.  I have read through media about the mal functioning of many NGOs who run the shows for cheap popularity. But Vidyarambam does not desire any popularity but work for education of Rural under-developed children since the year 2002.

New methodologies which no Govt has followed are introduced by Vidyarambam in many districts.

There are many facts that I have learnt from Vidyarambam. The kind approach to children, training techniques to tutors, systems for monitoring their performance and clean administration are a few things I learn daily.  All the volunteers working in Vidyarambam get the due appreciation, awards and promotions every year.  Now I am placed as an Asst State Coordinator and am very happy to hold that responsibility.

This year Vidyarambam has introduced a program to train tutors and Assessors on Tamil and English languages so that the coaching for the children is done properly at the basic level. Having got the B.Ed. degree and not getting a Govt, job, my education and knowledge are being used by Vidyarambam for the benefit of children education for which I am grateful to Vidyarambam.  My best wishes for the Vidyarambam Trust.
