Ms. Sasi Tedapalli representative from VIBHA visited the Vibha sponsored centers in Cuddalore and Nagapattinam districts on November 18th and 19th   She visited 21 centers, 4 libraries in 7 villages and expressed satisfaction of the functioning of the centers.
