Ms. Sasi Tedapalli representative from VIBHA visited the Vibha sponsored centers in Cuddalore and Nagapattinam districts on November 4th and 5th, 2009. She visited 23 centers, 6 libraries in 8 villages and expressed satisfaction of the functioning of the centers.
