The Karaikal Government has bought the kits being used in the KIDS centres of Vidyarambam for 161 Anganwadis in Karaikal District. Vidyarambam Founder & President Mr. V. Ranganathan handed over the kits in a function on 16-12-2010 presided over by the Leader of Opposition, Puducherry Mr. A.M.H. Nazeem. It also saw the participation of the Members of Legislative Assembly Puducherry Mr. V.K. Ganapathy and Mr. M.V. Omalingam, District Collector of Karaikal Dr. Franklin Laltin Khuma, Assistant Collector of Karaikal Ms. Tanvi Garg and representatives from the Karaikal Municipality. Vidyarambam volunteers gave a demonstration of the usage of kits to 60 Karaikal Anganwadi workers.
