The Vidyrambam Trust's Toy Van visited our school at 11 Am on 11th October 2006. Children of classes 1 to 8 were shown different games/ play things to kindle their curiosity to learn. Students of classes I to IV were given, "colorama, Geo chips, Match 'n' learn, pyramid blocks, what games next, Eureka & dominoes". 5th & 6th children were shown "whose part?, math's puzzle, fun with puzzle, small, medium, large, Dominess zoo, race time, play 'N' spell, Number game. The elder students of 7th & 8th were exposed to" first words, what's wrong, Picture talk, Match puzzle, Match 21 & concept of full / new moon Etc. Children learnt various scientific facts through these games. Even the teachers were taught various puzzles & riddles, which was well received. The entire time was very useful to both students and teachers as the toy van staff enlivened us with songs & dances. We congratulate the staff of Vidyarambam Trust for their meaningful efforts and wish them best.

Today on 1st September 06 afternoon, the students of this school were taught different games and through these activities, were exposed to activity based learning by the Toy Van staff of Vidyarambam Trust The training given enhanced the thought process of the children and they were rejuvenated with eagerness to know more. The fact that even usually dull students took interest in these activities surprised us. The different learning processes like ABL, MGT & play way methods were introduced to the children and the teachers were also equally interested. We wish that these services will grow more and more and express our gratitude to the trust. Head master |
