When I joined Vidyarambam, I was initially baffled at the various teaching methods. Handling children was very difficult. The parents were coaxed to send their children punctually.
More than the children, we understood new concepts. Whenever we saw a new method, heard a new song or story we wanted to teach them to our children. Any new thing attracted us and made us to think how to teach those to our children. Even people with lesser educational qualification gained confidence to teach the tiny tots.
